The Fully Integrated Packaging Line Includes an unscrambler, labeler, screw conveyor, auger filler, capper, coder, and accumulator. The unscrambler sorts the bottles and feeds them to the conveyor. The labeler will stick a label to your bottles. The screw conveyor automatically feeds product to the auger filler. The auger dispenses product into the bottles. The capper puts a cap onto the bottles. The coder puts a date stamp on the bottle. The accumulator offloads the bottles from the conveyor.
