The Image 3000 utilizes a stainless steel automated conveyor with indexing pins to move the container down, stop it under the fill station and fill, then index it out of the fill station. The filler can be mounted on a stainless steel frame or a full size enclosed Stainless Steel base. Multiple augers may be needed to run different fill weights.

The Image 3K is run with a continuous conveyor but can be switched out with an intermittent conveyor for running bottles or containers that tend to “tip” or are “top heavy”. The intermittent conveyor will stop the chain at each fill.

Ensure proper setup to experience increased accuracy:
• Keep the proper amount of product in the hopper
•use an agitation blade
• Spinner plate has to be at a 45° angle to the bottom of the funnel (free flow auger)
• Use correct tooling based on free flow & non-free flow machines
• Auger has to be in the correct position in the funnel
