The Image 3K features a stainless steel automated conveyor that smoothly transports containers, pausing under the fill station for accurate filling before advancing them forward. Multiple augers can be integrated to accommodate various fill weights efficiently.

• Stainless steel and anodized aluminum build for durability

• 16 gallon hopper with quick release clamps for easy removal

• Electric clutch brake motor

• Motor protection

• Agitation blade (prevents product sticking to hopper)

• Stainless steel indexing conveyor

• Pneumatic lift

• Vibration on conveyor for accurate filling

• 36”, 48”, and 60” diameter unscrambling and accumulation tables (pictured with two 36” tables)

Conveyor Options

The Image 3K is run with a continuous conveyor but can be switched out with an intermittent conveyor for running bottles or containers that tend to “tip” or are “top heavy”. The intermittent conveyor will stop the chain at each fill.

Ensure proper setup to experience increased accuracy:

• Keep the proper amount of product in the hopper

•use an agitation blade

• Spinner plate has to be at a 45° angle to the bottom of the funnel (free flow auger)

• Use correct tooling based on free flow & non-free flow machines

• Auger has to be in the correct position in the funnel
